The Adjustment Bureau deals with a story that revolves round the relationship between an up and coming politician and a modern dancer. David Norris is a young and successful politician who is at the peak of his blooming career. The things are going really good for him at the moment and he is on the brink of winning a seat in the senate as well. However meeting with beautiful Elise Sellas a ballet dancer will change the course of his life. As he find himself falling in love with her he find himself pursued by strange people who wanted to keep them apart.
The movie enable the audience to see the Matt Damon in a new light as he return to the big screen with a different kind of a performance. He is usually associated with projects that depict him as an action hero but this time he seem to be putting away his action gear to be the hero of a science fiction that has the touch of romance in its main stream. It is not everyday that the audience get to see him doing something out of ordinary and at the same time interesting as well and it will be a treat for his fans to see him with a different out look and this might also be a fan puller for him.
Though this is the first directorial effort of George Nolfi he seems to have added his experiences as a writer to bring out a most imaginative movie concept that might be a trend setter as well. The trailer will definitely make most of the viewers to add the movie to their must see list. And it goes as the credits to the director for making the trailer look like something really creative and original. And hopefully this will be a stepping stone for him so as to keep coming up with similar kind of theatrical productions that will hold the interest of the audience to the fullest.
Stunning Emily Blunt also stars in this movie alongside Damon and despite having done few projects she was able to bet the much needed recognition for those roles placing her name to be among the list of Hollywood’s moat sought after actresses. This movie will also be another opportunity for her to show her talents to the audience. The movie also has Terence Stamp, Daniel Dae Kim, John Slattery and Anthony Mackie showing their acting talents to the audience.
The Adjustment Bureau will make it to the theatres on 17th of September and the audience are sure find with this movie that they are being taken on an a mysterious tour in to the reality to know the possibility of changing your fate.
