Among her notable pieces of performances is the role she played as Nina Ash on the fantasy action television series Angel and though her character had recurred in few episodes she gained much popularity through it. Considering her family background which had doctors it comes a bit of a surprise that Jenny Mollen had decided to take up acting as a career. She was first involved in local theaters productions and later she had found herself getting experiences in acting while working with institutions such as The Old Globe in San Diego, The Idywild School and the notable Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Oregon. She also completed her Bachelor’s degree at UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television. She had her debut acting through 18 Wheels of Justice in which she had done a minor role and that had been followed by some minor productions. She had her wide screen debut through Searching for Haizmann.
After appearing in her first movie Jenny Mollen then starred in D.E.B.S. which had been followed by productions such as Return of the Living Dead: Rave to the Grave and Cattle Call. After those movies it seems that she had been working with small screen ventures more but currently she has three upcoming wide screen productions. One is Crazy, Stupid, Love. which will make it to theaters sometime soon. Other two projects titled Extracted and L!fe Happens are in post production so it will not be long before they too are released. Thus her fans are promised the chance of seeing some versatile character portrayals done by her.
